1.胡蘿蔔,土豆蒸熟,刀背壓碎備用
2.千葉豆腐,生薑剁細碎備用
3.鍋中熱油,加入薑末煸炒
4.倒入土豆和胡蘿蔔,翻炒至起沙狀態(過程中
可以適當的加入少量油 )
5.加入醬油2勺,陳醋2勺,白糖1勺翻炒
6.倒入素豆腐繼續翻炒
7.最後撒上素肉鬆翻炒均勻即可

2. 千葉豆腐也要剁成細碎,我這裡用了圖片里半 條的量,可以再少一點,口感更佳
